The application uses the following permissions for the following purposes. The app will not access your photos or camera, nor upload any of your data without your own intentional actions or without visual feedback or your consent.

• Storage and photos (optional): the app lets you choose photos from your phone to attach to your projects

• Camera and video (optional): The application allows you to attach photos in various locations (e.g. projects, How-Tos, comments, paintings, Paint-Sets, Swatches/Gallery) and also has a Barcode-Scanner that uses video-mode of the camera.

• Internet and download: The application has several online features, such as downloading How-Tos, Paint-Sets, making an online backup (server or Google Drive) of your data and downloading images from the web or Instagram or performing a reading anonymous - version check only.

• Prevent sleep mode: When using the barcode scanner, the app prevents your phone from going to sleep so you can continue scanning without the screen automatically locking.

• Vibration control: The app has optional reminders about active timers or to make you paint. These reminders can vibrate if you want.

• Notifications: See above. All notifications are optional and can be turned off in settings.
